I Apologise

To all of those that were expectig a soap update blog this week the truth is I have had the ime to sort it out and get it written this weekend due to it bein halloween I have been very busy once again i apologise and hope you can forgive me although a bit of my views of some television recently.

X Factor - well Fankie is still in the competition GOD KNOWS WHY the british public have something seriously wrong with themselves and need to have thier head examined aslo fo me personally it was nice to see that Kelt Rowland WAS NOT THIER I know shes ill but as a judge she really annoys so lets hope thye just replace her for the rest of the competition

Misfits - Yes our misfit friends with their strange powers are back I for one are loving thier return the first episode we excellent however i do miss Nathan but his replacement is just as funny and fits in place just perfectly (im also going to whole blog devoted to misfits so im not going to go into detail now but if you want to check misfits out heres a link :- http://www.e4.com/misfits/)

Chatty Man - The fabulas Alan carr is back on our screen with another series of his great chat show Alan carr chatty one and his first guests where supplied with alchohol and chat just like we are used to Alan if you ever read this your doing a fantastic job keep it up

Hollyoaks - All I have to say on this is that I loved the shock twist of silas killing his daughter heidi instead of Texas

Now the rundown of the show …

So it is the classic basis of American sit-coms which revolves around a group friends (this is just a personal perception of mine were as British sitcoms normally revolve around a family) any this group of friends is made up of

Dave – jilted by his is wife at the alter normally Dave plays a major part in episode story lines but also with the main theme of the show he is very important

His happy ending - 'Wife. House. Kids. Best friendship with Michael Jordan.'

Alex – the women the left Dave at the alter but has now returned to the group of friends to make amend her Dave do now get along and sometimes help each other out

Her happy ending - 'Let's... not. Let's not do that.'

Jane – Jane is Alex’s big sister and the wife of Brad she defiantly has a touch of OCD about as she is complete clean freak not only this but has a serious competitive side that rears its head occasionally throughout the series  

Her happy ending -'Two kids; one boy "Jack" and one girl "Emma." Jack graduates from an Ivy League school, goes on to create a new reliable energy source. Emma studies abroad, graduates from Oxford, defeats Oprah in everything, becomes President.'

Brad - Jane’s husband and Dave’s best friend not only this but him and Jane are the perfect picture of a happy couple    

His happy ending - 'Whatever Jane's cool with.'

Penny - in her own wards “aka the glue that holds these six mate togevs” she is defiantly single and don’t we know as nearly every episode she hunting after the next man in her life usually with funny but disastrous outcomes (my personal “fav” (in her words) character)

Her happy ending - 'I just want to settle down with a nice guy, I hate the single life.'

Max – the last member of the group but by no means least as it appear he is lazy however max is taking his life day by day and play by play just working it out as he goes along one final thing to mention about max is that he is gay however he hasn’t come to his parents because “coming out is so gay”

His happy ending -'You know how at the end of The Little Mermaid when Ariel gets people legs and her Dad is like "Go live with that handsome Prince guy, it's cool." That. I just want a handsome prince guy. Preferably named "Eric", but will also accept "Matt."

But it is not just the characters that make this a great show to watch it also the snazzy (yes I just used the word snazzy) writing and the subtle humour that surrounds the whole show I for one will be an avid watcher and follower of the show for this series and any future series

Howdy All its time for me to give you the future updates on this week’s soap news so as usual ……

Coronation Street

1.      Right then ladies and gentleman it’s all kicking off again on the cobbles this week as it’s the return of resident accidental murderer John Stape although this time he isn’t coming to kill again he is coming to save wife fizz from a life behind bars and baby hope from a motherless life. But this being John it isn’t a straight forward plan in fact he is not even going to hand himself in instead he’s going to use ditzy Rosie Webster to free his missus. Then again this is John Stape so his plan doesn’t go exactly the way he wants it to first of all his plan. John decides to kidnap Rosie and holds her hostage then he proceeds to inform her on all the crimes he has committed an that fizz had nothing to do with it then he tells Rosie that he wants her to go to the court and tell all this to the judge to get fizz released and cleared of all charges it is all working out well until Rosie’s dad Kevin and boyfriend Jason start to worry about the missing lass and go looking for her only to find her in Johns clutches the scenario then develops in a car chase with John speeding of to the court to hand himself (now his original plan is foiled) and Kevin in pursuit to take revenge for his daughter although the final twist in the tail is it turn in to terrible car crash which means John is rushed off to hospital. As john is left fighting for his life Fizz about to be given the sentence on the rest of hers as the jury returns to the court room scared that she may go down for crimes that she has not committed but just when she thinks she’s going to spend the rest of her life behind bars the news get to the her that john is back seeing that she has a way to clear her name fizz gets baby hope and heads straight to the hospital. Once their all in the hospital together and john is holding Hope his baby that he’s be so desperate to see it as if the rest of what has happened just melts away and their just their happy little family unit all other again. But does john confess to everything to clear his wife’s name or does he pass away before he even get the chance we will just have to tune in a see.  

2.      John and fizz maybe on tender hooks about how the rest of their life’s are going to turn out but one person who is fighting for survival this week is Carla Connor we all know how hard of a time she’s had of it recently with ex-fiancé/ business partner raping her and taking half of her factory and workers. Carla is trying to come out on top although it’s not going the way she would like it to at all. Struggling to bring in new orders, meet current ones and make products with spending any more than she has to on fabric Carla begins to crumble and snaps at her remaining staff such as Izzy who asks for more fabric to finish the bra she’s working on however after being told by Carla to stretch the fabric she has Izzy replies that if she does that the product will be strong enough to last at her boiling point Carla blows and tell to either stretch the fabric or she know where the door is. Izzy the only one who’s shocked by this and Julie makes it very clear what she thinks of her bosses outburst only to be on the receiving one of another as Carla quickly shoots her down. Is Carla about to lose all her workers and her business to the evil Frank …?     

3.        Rosie Webster is not the only one getting her screen time this week as her sister Sophie has her own plot line developing this week as she proposes to girlfriend Sian Powers who of course says yes. But Sophie’s parents and are all too pleased about this and put their foot down after all she is not even 18 yet and needs their permission in order to have the civil partnership but determined to go through with it photos from the set show that Sophie and Sian decide to elope and head of too Carlisle but with Sian leaving the cobbles this year does it all go to plan? Do the Webster’s stop the marriage or does Sian find out about Sophie’s recent snog with mutual friend Amber just wait and see im sure all will be revealed.

4.      Lastly in small snippet of a some Coronation Street comedy the battle lines have been drawn between Sylvia Goodwin and Mary Taylor and all because of the recent magazine competition where Sylvia stole Marys poem and entered it as her own work they may have had it about this before but now it’s all going up a gear as Mary finds out that Sylvia has won the competition there may be nothing that Mary can do about this now but I doubt she’s going to let this go and here’s hoping the revenge is as comical as Mary herself

        

Eastenders

1.      So last week I started this section by talking about Syed Masood, Christian Clarke and Amira Masood and this week it is no different as Amira is continuing with her plan to get back at her ex-lover and best friend by making Syed choose between Christian and Yasmin. However this week it takes another twist for the worst with the return of Dr Yusef Khan and Zainab Masood and with their return an even more rocky road is carved out for the future of all those involved in this story line. With their return Amira goes to talk to about Yusef to see what she was should do next however she does the opposite of what Yusef advises her introduces Yasmin to whole of the Masood clan which put a stoppers straight in the plans of Yusef who wants to take Zainab of to Pakistan to live with him although with the discovery of her granddaughter Zainab is adamant that she is not going to be going anywhere. Coursing Yusef to rethink this plans for revenge on the family he knows that in order to get Zainab to come with him he needs to get rid of Yasmin and in order to do these he starts to plant the seeds of doubt in Christians head this doubt being that is Yasmin really Syed’s Yusef than goes on to suggest a secret DNA test so they can find out once and for all But will the DNA test be truthful or will the sinister Dr Khan interfere with the results to make them meet his own ends.        

2.      Big news In the square coming soon is WHOS PREGNANT now there are 4 different possibilities lined up and these are Lauren Branning, Kat Moon, Lola Pearce, Mandy Salter now each of these ladies could actually be pregnant and I will give you the run down on why

·         Lauren: - well we all know that at the end of last week Lauren bedded best friend Whitney ex love interest Tyler Moon so could this lead to her ending up with a bun in the oven. But with the weight of her mum’s (Tanya) cancer on her shoulder could she handle pregnancy or would she spiral into a booze fuelled dark whole like her auntie Rainie.    

·         Kat: - Lauren is not the only one having one night stands as we say Kat moon sleep with the stalky delivery driver for the queen Victoria Mark but with her heading off on her jolly holiday with Alfie and family do we really think that she could come back with more bad news and what about poor Alfie could handle fathering another child that is not his.

·         Lola: - Now here’s a shocking twist that I for one did not see coming Lola is going to be bedding Ben Mitchel but wait a minute isn’t he Gay well that the reason for the match Ben is trying to make sure that he is gay by sleeping with Lola and apparently she is eager to help could this be the unlucky expecting parents

·         Mandy: - we all know Mandy and Ian Beale or engaged to each other but wait have they slept together yet? Personally think this is the most unlucky couple to have a child after all Ian does already have 3 kids and I think Mandy is going to be holding out in the bedroom for as long as she can?

SPOILER ALERT even though I’ve just stated above that there are 4 Possible parents to be from sources that I have gathered it seems that the unlucky pair is Lola Pearce and Ben Mitchel Maybe dad Phil will be proud of his son for once after how else to prove your manliness than getting someone pregnant but what will Granddad Bill make of something tells me he will do what makes Lola happy    

3.      Accidental killer … who could that be well none other than Dot Branning’s care free sister Rose but how could she be a killer and the truth she doesn’t even know she has done it till Do points it out. Dot is hit with grief this week as one of her local church goer (Mr Jones) suddenly dies Dot doesn’t think Rose has anything to do with until Rose asks for her help. As you may know Rose is the sectary to local GP D Khan and while he has been away in Pakistan Rose has took patient files home with her (which is against the rules) with Dr Khan returning Rose has to reorder the document and get them back to the GP’s office before he finds out Dot helps Rose sort through them. As they are rifling through Dot discovers Mr Jones medical notes including the results from one of his test which is marked from being two weeks ago she confronts Rose about but Rose tells her not to worry she will sort to which Dot informs her that it is too late Mr Jones is already dead and his funereal is tomorrow. Dot banishes Rose from the funeral but Rose does not follow the rules and crashes the wake quilt ridden Rose confesses what she done to the vicar but is it all really her fault?     

4.      Last but not least from the square this week it looks like Pat Evans finally gives in to Norman Simmonds advances this week and puckers up for a kiss the reason for this? Pats great grandson Liam who quizzes Pat about her and Normans relationship leading to the kiss and Norman to spend the night with her and it seems that it gives Pat a spring in her step the next morning when Normans still around but could a fairy tale ending but far from what’s really going on as later that day Patrick runs into Norman he tells him that he is thinking of taking Pat on a holiday to the Caribbean asking how he can afford Norman tells Patrick that he helps people to get personal loans by putting up their own property as collateral. Pat has already signed up for this in order to save in debt son but Patrick does not know this and later brings it up as convocation realising she been done over Pat quickly sends Norman packing so is he just a money grabber like his niece Janine or does Norman really care for pat we shall all find out soon enough.   

Emmerdale

1.      It’s about treachery and deceit for a unlucky person the dales this week and that person is Moira Barton as she smacks lips and kisses Dales Bad boy Cain Dingle although it’s not as straight forward as it looks. It all begins when Moira buys a Land Rover of Cain and decides to pay him in weekly instalments. However Moira doesn’t tell husband John which is a use mistake as their marriage and relationship is already on the rocks. As Johns driving home from work to spend some much needed quality time with Moira the Rover breaks down so John calls Cain out and demands a refund for the vehicle but Cain informs him about the payment scheme that he got going with Moira furious John heads home to question her about it and all hell breaks loose Moira reeling with anger heads straight to the garage to see Cain and have it with him but she gets there something just takes over her and he kisses him afterwards though she is left facing the consequences of her action as Cain now has another hold over her.

  

2.      It’s not just Moira who’s been doing some cheating in the Dales we all know about Laurel Thomas has developing feelings for Marlon Dingle however this is not a physical affair it’s more a emotional one it’s about time that Laurel tells Marlon how she feels about him and that exactly what she does. Although she also tells Marlon that she wishes she didn’t feel like this and she still cares greatly for husband Ashley her quilt is even further brought on when Ashley suggest putting dad Sandy into a home but when Laurel talks to Sandy about he accuses her of putting Ashley up to it so she can Sandy out of the way and continue further with her affair with Marlon. But Laurel and Marlon meet up again and she tells him nothing else can happen and Marlon understands so it seems ok for now ….     

Hollyoaks

1.      It’s all serial murder in Hollyoaks this week as Silas Blissett ups his plans for Halloween by telling Lynsey Nolan that he’s going to commit his next killing but Silas being Silas he turns into a twisted game of guess who meaning that if Lynsey can guess who the next victim is then he will let the girl live however if Lynsey fail to guess correctly Silas will kill both his next victim and Lynsey so it’s now game on Lynsey is desperately trying to figure out how is his twisted mind could be working. But Lynsey soon discovers that it is not going to as easy as you might of thought when Silas send her the first clue “this girl will not of slept in her own bed last night” but in Hollyoaks this could any number of girls as Lynsey goes looking she soon discovers that nearly everyone she bumps into is coming home from a night out. Even while all this is going on Silas is still holding Mercedes McQueen hostage in his dingy cellar the thought of Mercedes being Silas’s next victim does cross her mind but realising she’s on her honeymoon in Dubai she quickly forgets her again. Soon Lynsey realises that she is running out of time when Silas sends her a Halloween costume of a cat to wear to chez-chez Halloween fright night ball. Unable to figure it out Lynsey heads to the ball to try and stop Silas and gets up on stage to warn everyone that there is a killer amongst them but everyone just getting drunk and thinks that Lynsey is having a laugh so they ignore her but Cheryl has had enough of Lynsey craziness and throws her out with Lynsey walking home in the dark is she amount to be the killers next victim and will Mercedes also meet her ending at the killer hands or will Silas finally run out of luck I for one am REALLY looking forward to how this pans out.      

2.      So in the wake of Silas’s games there are three possible victims who he send a chess pieces to these lucky or more unlucky ladies are Texas Longford, Theresa McQueen and Amy Barnes

 Texas: - Silas has already wanted to get Texas but instead killed her sister India so is he about to finish what he started

Theresa; - So Theresa has already escaped Silas once already and she is a single mother of Angle who was fathered by her cousins fiancé Calvin so she is Silas ideal target but is she ripe for the picking after all she has already escaped his clutches once alread

Amy: - This is the first time that Silas has paid any attention to Amy but could be wanting to punish her for being the mum of two from separate farther and out of wedlock?

Home and away

            Sorry home and away fans but this week I have little information on the show mainly because I don’t follow it so religiously as I do the others I talk about but what can tell you is that there is about to be a giant storm making its way to summer bay and when it hits all hell is about to break loose and a live will be lost but who will it be?

Ok people I was meant to do this yesterday however I have been very busy this weekend so I thought I would get it done now before this week Soaps begin.

Right so in these entries which im going to try to do before the start of every week is a rundown of what is coming up in the soaps in the next week so I warn you now

Coronation Street

1.      Number one on the hit list for the corrie story lines is our beloved Eileen is in for a another let down this week (or is she) as we discover that Paul the man that she has recently been seeing maybe holding on to a little secret that he is refusing to tell her. Recently Paul has been giving Eileen mixed signals which has been confusing her about his feeling towards well the story tends to get a little more complicated this week when Eileen’s lodger Marcus spots Paul  with another women but instead of telling Eileen Marcus Sean decide to get to the bottom of it themselves. Although after Paul spends the night at Eileen’s after a date the next day Eileen is shocked to discover that Paul is gone even before she has woken up and has no luck contacting him on his phone. It is at this point that Marcus and Sean fess up about what they have seen and that they believe Paul is married. Determined to give Paul a piece of her mind Eileen marches not only to fire station but to Paul’s house to tell his wife what has been going on. However when she arrives the situation becomes more confusing as Pauls wife (Lesley) fails to even react to the shocking news of her husband’s affair but Paul turns and explains the truthful bombshell to Eileen leaving are poor unlucky in love lady Stunned. So what be going on my guess maybe Lesley has some sort of memory disorder but who knows I for one will be tuning to find out

2.      The second load of soap gossip from the cobbles this week is to do with that Evil Frank Foster not only has raped his former partner Carla Connor but now he’s after her factory and her staff! So start to tempt Sally Webster to the dark side of the knicker making world by offering her a job as supervisor at his new factory obviously Frank is only doing this to get one over on Carla and to really pee her of but his plan doesn’t stop at just stealing Sally as then goes on to ask Sally to recruit the other members of the factory staff but she goes off to do so her former co-workers are disgusted with what she is suggesting. Although Carla knowing just how scheming Frank is worries for Sally’s safety and warns although Sally is delighted with her new position brushers her of. But is sally safe from the evil factory owner? Will her rear his ugly head at her? I hope Sally is clever enough to get out of their before he does but only time will tell.

3.      Lastly Rosie Webster wants to look out for her mother by making sure that new fella Jeff Cullen is trustworthy and will not cheat on her so she comes up with a master plan to catch him out in a honey trap however being Rosie the master plan is not as clever or cunning as she thinks it is which sister Sophie kindly points out to her. As you can imagine Rosie’s plan involves flirting with Jeff and getting him in to a compromising position with herself and timing it so her mother (Sally) walks in and catches them which she does! It all goes to plan and sally sides with Rosie but does Rosie’s plan backfire when Jeff begs Sally to believe his innocence and her Sister rats her plan out to Sally which leads to Sally becoming disgusted with her daughters deceit and lies.    

   

Eastenders

1.      It’s all upset and lying in Eastenders this week but what else would we want and expect from Eastenders ay! So to kick it all off am going to talk about Amira and Syed. As Syed starts to grow a closer bond to his ex-wife this week does it look like he could be leaving his Male partner Christian for his ex I certainly hope but we shall see. After discovering that he is a dad Syed life has been turned upside down so as soon as he is being offered the chance to bond with his baby daughter Yasmin he jumps at the chance. As Yasmin becomes the top of his priories his partner and the divorce from Amira that they were seeking soon forgotten. Which is too well is Syed wants to keep seeing his daughter as Amira is determined not to let Christian be part of her daughter’s life and by stopping the divorce she is forcing Syed to choose between his partner and his duty as a father leading him to lie to Christian about seeing a solicitor when he was really spending his time with Amira and Yasmin not only this but the more time Syed spends with them it start to become clear how they developed feelings for each other in the first place.

2.      Syed Masood is not the only person on Albert square who is lying to his partner this week as Kat Moon lies to her husband Alfie. After her actions last Friday having sex with her flirtatious delivery man Mark Kat is consumed with shame and guilt she loves Alfie and does not want him hurt by finding out about although it becomes harder to hide from her lovable husband as she first thought because Mark doesn’t want just a drunken quickie he wants more which he lets her know by asking her if they could make it a regular occurrence and it soon becomes clear that he is not going to take no for an answer as he soon begins to start stalking her at the Vic. In order to try to take back control after catching Mark talking to Alfie she convinces Alfie to go and watch the football with his cousins as soon as Alfie is gone she confronts Mark and tells him that this is his last drink in her pub. Although once again it does not put the persistent man off so she tries a new tactic by convincing a group of rugby lads to take mark on a pub crawl with them and once again mark return as keen as by ringing the queen Vic to talk to Kat however Alfie answer the phone thinking on her feet Kat convinces him it’s a salesman. Although Mark tries the new approach of contacting via social networking. So has our Favourite leopard topped land lady took on more than she can handle I hope not and that Moons can be happy for once.

3.      Even more betrayal of a love one this week come’s in the form of Tyler moon and Lauren Branning although this story is not set to start of this way. The begins with Tyler not being swayed from his attempts to court Whitney Dean although it soon becomes clear that he is not the only chasing young Whit as her friend Fatboy is also holds a flame for her spotting this Tyler tells Fatboy to back off but soon Whitney troubled past starts to raise its ugly head as during an evening with Tyler whit struggles to get intimate with him and the night end very awkwardly. But Tyler is not the only one who’s noticed Fatboy’s affection for Whitney as best friend Lauren has cottoned on to. So when Whitney informs Lauren of the awkward night with Tyler she suggests that Whitney try going after Fatboy not sure at first Whitney goes to see Tyler he then gives her the cold shoulder so Whitney takes her friends advice and is soon falling into a relationship with Fatboy although as this is going on Tyler and Lauren stat to get close as they talk over a drink and soon fall in to bed together. So is this tangled love triangle about to get more tangled we will just have wait and see.

4.      The last bit of Square gossip is not actual a form of betrayal for once but it is more sad news for one of its residents in the form of Tanya Jessop as her ex-husband Greg turns up her door step. (for those who don’t know Tanya married Greg and cheated on him with her other ex-Husband Max Branning) Tanya who has been recently diagnosed with cancer and stated chemotherapy is really looking for some to unload all her worries on to although she has told her daughter Lauren Branning about her cancer she has not told the full extent of how scared she is because she does not want to worry to troubled teen. So when Greg turns up they start talking and Tanya starts to unload her worries on to him (Greg being the first and only adult she has told about her cancer) talking to him she starts to get carried away and start looking to Greg for support although Greg makes it clear that he is not going to give her any and soon he makes up an excuse and leaves. So with only her daughter for support will Tanya ever turn to another adult for the support she desperately needs?

Emmerdale

1.      The Dales have a new load of family moving in this week and they look like they’ve come straight from the cast of shameless. Say hello to the Spencers who are going to be giving the dingles a run for their money the head of this new family is Ali Spencers the sister of the Dales Rachel Breckie. Ali moves in her whole brood including her girlfriend Ruby Haswell as well as her kids Sean and Amelia. Moving to the Dales is supposed to be a new start for this family but it is far from a fresh start since Jimmy and Nicola not being too happy that they can no longer move back into Brooke cottage as the Spencers have settled their. Not only this but their teenage son Sean is not overly pleased with the move to dales and things seem to go from bad to worse when little Amelia is almost run other by Carl reversing his van soon Amelia is rushed to hospital and the feisty matriarch of the family Ali doesn’t hold her feeling back by punching Carl in the face. I for hope that this new family brings a brand new breath of life to the Dales and continue to be as feisty as they started.     

Hollyoaks

1.      Okay hollyoaks fans it’s finally here the weeding of the Hollyoaks century Riley Costello is about to marry Mercedes Fisher. Although will it be happily ever after or will it be all over before it has even begun. Well with the possibility of a numerous amount of people being able to stop the wedding by spilling the beans about Mercedes affair with Carl (Riley’s dad) it looks that the bombshell is about to be dropped and the fairy tale happily ever after is going to be a very distant memory. If like me you watch it on E4 then you will already know the outcome of the wedding but you don’t im about to reveal what happens on tonight’s episode so if you don’t want to know stop reading now……..

Right then so who could of revealed the secret lets thinks their Mitzeee, Seth, Jacqui, Warren, Mercedes or Carl however the vicar asks “Does anyone here know of any good reason why these two should not be married speak now or forever hold your peace” and nothing gets said it looks like Carl and Mercedes are in the clear that’s until Mercedes has something wrong with her stomach and looks like the baby is in trouble but when asked if everything’s ok she replies no but the baby is fine the no is from her that she can’t go through with the wedding and she then confesses all to Riley.     

2.      In other news in the small village just near Chester Ste is putting his foot down with Amy and lee as he does not want them to take his kids to America however it doesn’t start of like this when Amy tells him that her and Lee  are going to America Ste assumes that the kids will be left with him so he is over the moon about the news but as the week develops Ste realises that the kids are going to is he going to start to fight for the right to keep them in the country or will Amy change her mind seeing how much heartbreak moving to America could cause.    

Home and away

1.      Right so there’s big shocks this week down in summer bay as Charlie arrests her boyfriend Brax as he ends up with the River boys going for head to head war with a rival gang the first time the fight looks ready to take place the cops turn up and stop anything before it can happen although later on after Jae kidnaps Stu and cut of his river boys tattoo Brax is determined to take revenge so the another fight is about to go down and this time it’s everyman for himself and we see exactly what Brax is capable off when he really reverts to his old however Charlie and the rest of the police turn to stop the fight and arrest the people involved discovering Brax in the middle of the brawl surprises Charlie and to make matter worse she has to arrest him so could this mean the end of their relationship.

So this is my update for this soaps hope you enjoy and I apologise for any spelling mistakes I might have made.

So now I’ve drilled it in to you that you need to go and vote here are some of my predictions

At the moment these are the long list but that doesn’t matter getting and then vote again on the Short lists!

This year some of the categories are going to be very hard to choose from so im just going to pick a view to give you my winners the rest I will just debate about



• Best Talent show: - I believe that the x factor has had its day and it’s about time that something else gets their chance to shine so dancing on Ice it’s your turn to win

• Best comedy panel show: - Well not going to lie to you readers every show in this category is excellent so this time I have to go with my heart and vote for the one that I enjoy the most and that is...... SHAAAAA TING Celebrity juice!

• Best Drama :- Ok so there are many possible in this category from doctor who to merlin, downton abbey to shameless and my favourite television show ever Hustle so to be honest I predict this could be anybody’s game although if I have to guess I think it will be a close call between Downton Abbey and Doctor Who

• Best drama performance: Male :- There are too may nominees for me to give my opinion on them all but in this one I have to go with the one that I enjoy the most and that is Matt Smith for Doctor who

• Best talk show: - Ok so in this category I have chosen 4 possible winners

1. Paul O'Grady live

2. Alan Carr: Chatty Man

3. The Alan Titchmarsh show

4. Loose women

So the reason I’ve picked these four is partly their some of my personal favourites but also in my own personal opinion they are the ones that the public enjoy the most however I have put Loose women their only because I enjoy them and the reason for this is because I do not believe it is a talk show but more of a topical debate show unfortunately that category does not exist so the girls have ended up in this category anyway good look to them even though I think Alan Carr or Paul O'Grady are going to scoop it up

• Best drama performance: Female :- Once again my opinion on this is the same as the male category so im going with the one I enjoy the most Karen Gillian (Amy Pond, Doctor Who) however after looking back over the nominees I think that Eve Myles (Gwen Cooper, Torchwood) will give Karen a run for her money

• Best factual programme: - Well this category has many nominees and I do enjoy many of the programmes nominated so I do not want to call the winner on this one however me, myself, personally I would have to go with the king of morning television This Morning

• Best situation comedy :- Well all the nominees in this category are great comedies however there are two programmes in the category that stick out at me the most and these are the two that I am torn between voting for are "Mrs Browns Boys" and "Miranda" it took me a little while to finally make my decision but I did end up voting for the queen of comedy as she was the first of the two programmes to win my Hart (see what i did their ;) ) and that is of course Miranda

• Best serial drama: - This might as well be called best soap but best serial drama sounds better and this for me is as easy as choosing between chocolate cake or a slice of fruit (obviously I would choose the cake) so in this category my vote and my prediction for the winner goes to Eastenders although Coronation Street might give it a run for its money

• Best serial drama performance :- Personally I think that his should be split in to a male and female category but this has not been done so this makes the winner for me basically impossible to choose although I’ve stuck with my favourite show and gone with a Eastenders actress and gone with Lindsey Coulson (Carol Jackson)

• Best reality programme: - To be honest with this category I don’t really care about it that much although my prediction for the winner (even though I cannot stand the programme) is The Only Way Is Essex however my vote did go to Come Dine with Me

• Best Newcomer: - Simple and easy Jacqueline Jossa (Lauren Branning, Eastenders) she brings a whole new vibe and life to the character I also think that she plays here brilliantly

• Best Entertainment Programme: - For me there are only two runners for the winner in this category and that is The Cube and The Million Pound drop and my vote is going to The Million Pound drop for two simple reasons it’s the one that has me on the end of my seat the most and you can play along online

• Best Entertainment Presenter: - I have to admit that when voting in this category I made a mistake and failed to see Phillip Schofield (who if i had of seen would of got my vote) but I have also voted for a another great television legend Paul O'Grady

 So Finally one more thing

This post is an introduction to what I am planning on doing throughout my blog entries

To let you all know one of my big loves in life is television and one day (im not sure how) I wish to and will be working in the field of television therefore I have decided to start this blog to express how I feel about different shows I hope to cover a wide range of shows from dramas to documentaries, comedies to talks shows I will also hopefully be posting updates on some of my favourite show's which may or may not include spoilers. Not only this but I will be posting clips of some of my favourite shows be it past or present.

Hopefully I will also be posting ideas for my own shows and so on. In return all I ask is for people to respect what I have to say on certain subjects and matters and if you enjoy the blog please let me know.
